I dont know if this has been covered or not.

Ok so here is the problem with using a force feed hopper and a venturi bolt. The Venturi allows the ball to slide almost 1/4" further back in the breach. This allows the ball above it to sit further down intruding into the path of the bolt. So the bolt shoots the round and chops the one above it. :cuss: :cuss: :cuss:

So if you are chopping on occasion and using this combination of bolt and hopper this may be the problem.

The ball/bolt contact point is to far back in the breach for a force feed hopper as the pressure from above pushes the ball as far back in the breach as it will go.

I do belive it has been covered for other marker somewhere (angels I think), but good for it to be here too.

I have cut AGD foamies to fit and super glued them to problematic bolts to fix the issue though.

If that's an ans venturi bolt, there is supposed to be a small foamy glued on there to fix that

Try it in another marker. I have that same bolt and not having problems.

There is a venturie with a foamie too.

this one does not or has never had a foamy, this is the version without one i think. but I think i will just keep it in the box for now and run the long nose L7 for now.

In addition to the "shorter nose" is the the venturi main body shorter too?

Yep, rollback will do that. Try a longnose venturi, they're out there.

found a venturi bolt in my uncles mag stuff from 9+ years ago. it had this on it, along with like 6-7 replacements.

When I got another venturi bolt I immediately put one on it.

...and this is why you should replace foamies on your lvl10 bolts too :p

What type of bolt is shown to the left in the top picture? does that bolt need a foamy?

AGD long nose L7. No foamy needed.
