WarpedMephisto did several bodies for me. His work is flawless and I really recommend him.

Here're two of the guns he helped me with (Tac One ULE body and low-rise center feed Classic body):

He also cut and re-threaded the old splash barrel onto a Freak tip.

isn't it possible to hand file the groove needed since it's aluminum ?

Sure it is. But you need some very good hand skills to do it and not mess it up. I wouldn't try it myself.
