What would any one recommend for putting a foaming back into a lvl 10 bolt?

Gorilla Glue! Use a twist tie to clamp it on over night and it shouldnt come back off ever.

I second the gorilla glue. No need for the twist tie, though. Just apply a very thin layer of gorilla glue to the back of the foam piece using a toothpick, and then stick it on the bolt. Press into place with your thumb, and leave it be overnight. It won't budge after that.

Gorilla super glue, and trim off the wings on the ball side. They catch air turbulence and are what rips the foamie off.

Super Glue - make sure you clean old glue off properly first

Tunaman told me this method in person: Clean off the surface of any old glue.Take an exacto blade or any blade and score the surface til there is plenty of cuts, then use epoxy to glue the foamie.

If it's a used foamie, be sure and clean all the oil off there also.
