ok so i use some duracoat, first time using it and it turned out good. and yes the gun still shoots, even though i did the bottom of the body also.

Would have been interesting to do the valve as well and see how that holds up.

i thought about it but theen i decided not to. but i do see a test run coming soon ;) and yea its really not hard just make sure to use the 12:1 ratio and light even coats.

Is that purple?

The trick with that stuff is surface prep. Don't try and spray it over anodizing. It won't stick well. Tools needed for the job:

Airbrush
Good compressor
Sandblaster

umm i have to disagree with that. i sprayed it over 2 of my other guns, r/f cocker and a centerfeed cocker. just preped the surface like on raw metal and sprayed it on, and i have played a few days wwith it and its not even showing wear on the parts that the pump handle rub. i talk to the ppl that make duracoat and they say anno is one of the better surfaces you can paint over.


O and by the way yes that is purple. :)

On the last picture, how is that adapter on the feed called? This little black thing, where you can just stick an 10round tube in it.
