Anyone currently making any? I have the smooth ones on my VER and while they look great, I noticed they were a little slippery this past weekend when it was 90+ out even with gloves.

Not looking for rubber Angel grips, wanting something without logos.

I wonder what would happen if you were to mask the back of the panels off and dip them in that rubber coating used for tool handles? Hmmm. or rubberized undercoating.

I was going to try that years ago. I even purchased the supplies, just never got around to it. :rolleyes:

Slacker. Which part though? Making them out of rubber or coating them?

I bet if you got some of the plastic panels, roughed them up a bit and rolled on some of that herculiner truck bed liner that would give a pretty good texture.

That stuff is pretty resiliant.

As far as the rubber in a can, I personaly have had bad results with the stuff

this stuff works great.
use it on PPS barrels so I don't have to polish the out side.

I can cast and make rubber grips;
but someone would have to send me a pair to
make the mold from.
colour choice would be black or clear.
