Anyone have any solutions to make it fit as snug as possible? Thanx!

Try a Dye feeder spacer, that should help, at least to some extent, what kind of loader are you using?

What I use is a piece of plastic from my inteliframe carton, just cut a piece about 2inches long and about 3/4 inch wide and slip it on the outside if your hopper neck, and inside the hole in the warp.

Electrical tape works great.

wrap duct tape around the end and then after you have it on for while, the sticky stuff will stay on even after you take the tape off, this worked good for me

i like black duck tape. it has a plasticy outside that is nice in my opinion. it blinds in well with the hopper.

miscue, what kind of barrel is that?

the feeder spacers are the less "ghetto" way of doing it and they only cost like 6 dollars... not a big deal...
