so i just got in a q loader and was wondering if anyone makes a mount something like the warp mount to have it under the gun centered, not parralel to the barrel...i know someone had a post similar but i cant seem to find it, thanks AOers :headbang:

yea kinda like that...i just dont like the under the barrel look...any idea where i could get a braket or something to set it up that way?

how handy are you? it wouldnt be very difficult at all to fabricate a bracket like that (in fact i think in that pic he is using a stock bracket)

Yeah, get the CMS and your options open up quite a bit. I actually don't use the stock bracket anymore, I had my cousin fabricate an L-bracket with a 90* upward bend in it, so that the socket sits pretty much right where a warpfeed would sit, and the Q-pods come back right next to my air tank. Going with a custom bracket all you need to know is 1) where you want to mount it from (get dimensions for one end of the bracket to fit this), and 2) where you want the socket to sit from that point.

Here's a better pic of the custom bracket, and the prototype. I had to extend the bracket out a bit more than the original version so that I had clearance over my air tank.

That would be pretty easy to whip up with some flat bar stock, jb weld and a drill. The slots would be tough to do by hand, but probably wouldnt be that much to have a machinst like Lukes to make for you.
