Guys, I really need your help on my AGD Sydarm problem. I’ve got this Sydarm very much in mint condition and there’s no leak or anything. When I fire the gun, just about 3rd or 4th round, the gun’s trigger momentary stick a little bit then leak out gas from the power tube for about 2 seconds then back to normal. I’ve change all the o rings and replaced “on off” but still doing the something. I really don’t want send this gun to the AGD for repair. Please help me on this one.

Try replacing the powertube spacer with a slightly longer one.

Sounds like what my automag classic did when the regulator seat went bad. After about 10 years, it went hard, and worked much like the way as you described.

try a new spring
a weak spring can give you your problems

Guys, I really don't know what is going on with my gun. I added 0.0095" steel ring spacer to the power tube, gun leaks all the gas out of power tube. I replaced the bolt spring to new one but still does the same problem. I also tried new bolt but still the same problem. This gun is like almost out of shipping box new condition, I'm totally lost at this point.

What is the temperature you are shooting at?
It may be too cold for the Co2 and it may momentarily freeze the powertube oring causing the bolt to stick.

I'm in Los Angeles California, right now about 70F to 80F. I also shoot very slow. I don't think my gun is freezing up or anything. I own about 15 Automags and many of them use CO2 without any problem, just this one that gives me trouble.

Is the the rail bushing in place?

Yes, it is. I don't know what's going on.........This gun was sitting in my gun case for a long time so that may be really angry at me. I went through 10 cartridges already by just testing the gun. I guess time to send this gun out to AGD for repair.

check to make sure the edge of the sear that catches the bolt isnt worn down
if it is your bolt will sit to far forward and leak

Is the sear pin pressed down into the rail properly? Is the CO2 path restricted? Is the velocity setting turned up high enough? Make sure the trigger rod is not hitting the back of the trigger when the trigger is held against the safety.

If its new in the box and never been overhauled I suspect it needs it as the orings will be all dried out. Let me know if you cant get it running and I will get it done for you.

Guys thank you very much for all the help. I'm checking everything you guys told me to do. I will let you guys know what happend. My Sydarm came with RT sear and special Sydarm rail too (not classic rail) may be RT sear has something to do with this problem.

Guys, its all fixed. I've replaced stock bolt spring to Tunaman's Level 10 uncut bolt spring. That was it. Now my Sydarm shoots 280-300 for about 18 rounds. Thank you very much for all the helping ideas. :hail:
