Call centerflag and they will set you up.

with it off you have to hold down both buttons together and it will bring up an S 05 or whatever and it's adjustable to i think 10? not sure the higher the more battery it drains...

I lost my manual, what does service mode allow you to do again?

I e-mailed Centerflag with this same question. If it's shooting O.K. I wouldn't mess with it. 7 is the factory preset. LAW is right on how to access S mode.

Would you need to adjust the mode if you get a retro valve? I'm beginning to remember that the service mode determines how strong the solenoid is?

No you shouldn't really touch it. It's not worth it, I never changed mine when i got a retro, but now since i don't have it anymore I'm not worrying... i just would leave it alone...

How does the hyper frame with retro valve compare to your Emag?

You can't compare the two, the emag is a whole new machine :) emag is 20x better... for obvious reasons...

built to tolerances
won't eat bolts or wear down sear fast
operates longer
trigger is adjustable 3ways

etc

the hyperframe has a mouseclick trigger and that's about all it is... the magnets are completely different and in my opinion much better to shoot ...

The service mode just determines how much voltage will will be allowed to go to the solenoid. The higher the service mode, the more force in the solenoid click.

Its factory preset to 7, has a range from 3-9 (I believe). There is absolutely no harm in upping it, but there is no use. Incresing the srevice value will just eat up your battery faster. The only time I would increse the service mode would be in the event where the solenoid is clicking, but not enough to trip the sear.

Get the idea?

Hope this helps.
