Its most likely bolt stick. When the bolt does not completely reset, it prevents the on-off from pushing the sear forward. Since the trigger rod is connected to the sear, the trigger stays limp in the rear position.

You can fix the bolt stick issue by tuning your level 10 bolt system. Remove all the shims from the powertube first. Then install the largest carrier that does not leak with your white powertube carrier oring. Always use the same white oring for each carrier that you try. It is the oring specificly that you are adjusting. If you change orings, you need to retune. Don't put the shims back in. You won't need them.

You can check it. When the trigger goes limp, take the hopper off and push the bolt back with your finger. If the bolt resets and the trigger rod comes forward, then you know the problem was a carrier that was too tight.

Quite often this happens when the level 10 is tuned with shims installed. The shims give false leaks which cause the user to install a carrier that is tighter than it should be.

#5. They'll either be on the PT tip or on the carrier itself.

Also, if you have a ult, you can get similar problems.
Might need another shim in that.

Also, over tightening of the field strip screw can cause bolt stick as well.
