The top section doesn't look stock, but the bottom section is definitely a classic bottom with classic pin.
That's not an ULE kit for sure. It's a Classic one with a custom top indeed. We used to call the top "small castle" here in Brazil.

Its definitely not a reactor on/off unless they made two versions of them.

yeah read up on this sometime ago just couldnt remember where i saw it.
