You CAN call them. That's the way I've ordered the past two times. This next time (again, odds and ends) I'm actually going to use the online store because it seems to be hitting on all cylinders finally.

Oh, and if you want inexpensive teflon o-rings, make an order through McMaster.com (006 PTFE o-ring)

Indeed. I just ordered a powertube spacer kit and it came in on saturday. Which was awesome cause it meant I got to play with my pump mag on Sunday :headbang:
