The aluminum safety is the same as the carbon fiber safety assy. I'm not sure about the Emag....I do know the spring is a little longer IIRC.

for safety springs and ball's I've always cut up grease fittings , the balls are the same size , the spring will need trimmed to taste
I'm pretty sure the set screws are #4/40 no longer than 1/8"

The saftey balls are 3/32" in diameter (I measured my Intelli ball bearing) and I know where you can get a package of 100 for less than $5 (plus shipping)

sounds like you need a decent set of calipers. I can get you most of your measurements except the emag ones. My emag is currently with tuna. I have an extra set of 0-6" mitutoyo dial calipers if your interested.

any more specs people are willing to give please throw them up.

thankyou,

I don’t think you will get any “inside information” on springs, so I will gladly measure them for you if you want to send them to me. No charge if we can ship them back to you with another order.

knownothingmags: you should invest in an automag inventory specialist :-) My girlfriend seems to keep a mental note of all the paintball equipment I own :D
