AO: Welcome to my AGD Collection thread! Below you will see my history of paintball guns I have bought and sold over the years. My collection is mainly guns based on the E-mag platform. If you like E-mags, SFLs, and Xmags you have come to the right place. I have 48 guns to post up so sit back and enjoy.

Please rate my thread!!!

Check back often :headbang:.

Brass Eagle Talon: Still own*

*photo from google

I have to start somewhere. I played my first paintball game in 1999 and have been hooked ever since. I recently spoke with my friend who introduced me to paintball and told him that I still collected paintball guns. A few weeks ago he dropped by from Boston and gave me the Talon for a birthday present. It meant a lot to me. I'm actually trying to talk to him to go to Living Legends with me to play.

Tippmann 98: Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Rob.jpg

After I started playing my parents bought me a Silver Tippmann 98. I couldn't stop thinking about how I could somehow mod it. Fast forward a year and you get a heavily modified Tippmann 98 with an RT trigger. The picture is from a tournament in Hopewell VA, photographed by the legendary Joshua Silverman. Josh was a friend of my friends dad so he hooked us up at the Pev's field in Woodbridge VA. Good times!!

Crossman 3357: Sold

I saw it and had to have it. I bought and sold it pretty quick though. Can't remember why. It still looks bad ass to me.

SFL E-mag #1 Still own*
This was my first AGD product I have ever bought. My friend had to write a paper for school and chose to write it about paintball. He was able to call up Tom Kaye and interview him for 30 minutes over the phone. After I heard that story I thought, "Man, that company sounds pretty cool" a few months of lurking and I sign up for AO in March of 2002. Later that year I was able to purchase this SFL E-mag for $800.

Lasoya Intimidator: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MISC/Bob%20Long%20Lasoya%20Intimidator/Lasoya_Carbon_Fiber.jpeg

For an entire summer I saved up all my money to buy my first $1000 paintball gun. The gun I chose was the Lasoya Intimidator.

Yellow Lasoya Intimidator:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MISC/Bob%20Long%20Lasoya%20Intimidator/P1010120.JPG

Hopefully you are starting to see a pattern. For whatever reason I really have the urge to customize my guns. I read online about anodizing and decided to send my parts off to PrecisionPB.com. Unfortunately, I learned a lesson about "dissolution." PrecisionPB was the same company that did the anodizing for Oddpb.com. At the time when I used them they were a relatively small garage anodizer. It really showed. :p

Greenish Lasoya Intimidator:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MISC/Bob%20Long%20Lasoya%20Intimidator/green1.JPG

Round number 2!! After some BS with PrecisionPB I sent back all my parts and got them redone again. At this time a Black to Red CnC X-mag came up for sale and I decided to test the waters in a trade. I let the guy choose what color he wanted and had Pev's rebuild the gun.

Black to Red Fade X-mag: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/XMAGS/Red%20to%20Black%20Fade/leftside3.jpg

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/XMAGS/Red%20to%20Black%20Fade/Right_side2.jpeg

It took a while, but I was able to trade my Lasoya for a Black to Red Fade Xmag. I can't remember the serial off the top of my head, but it is on Xmagworld.com. This X-mag begins my downward spiral... :p

NXT Shocker: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MISC/Smart%20Parts%20NXT%20Shocker/smartparts-shocker-nxt-orange.jpg

I was bored on pbnation.com and decided I needed a loaner gun. Lol.

Bob Long Marq 6: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MISC/Bob%20Long%20Marq%206/Oct-Nov2006335.jpg

Another purchase on pbnation.com. It was a pretty good deal so I went for it. The seller disappeared for a month and after a few phone calls to paypal, his mother-in-law (lol), and the PD I was able to get the gun.

SFL Emag #2: Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/SFL%20Emags/pbpixels2/pewter-sfl_left.jpg

I caught the SFL bug and decided to look for another one. I posted a WTB thread on pblegion.com and someone had a polished silver SFL for sale. I decided to offer him a NXT Shocker, Marq 6, and cash to complete the deal. I was a little worried I would be outbidded by former X-mag collector A-Tach-One.

Rex M2 "Autococker": Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MISC/Pump%20Autococker/pump_cocker_copy.jpg

My friends wanted to play pump so I decided to get a cheap knock-off autococker. I had a few good games with it, but sold it. (If you haven't noticed, yes I am "bunny5". I really picked out a great username... lol)

The legendary "Space Mag": Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Retro%20AGD/Spacemag/spacemag.jpg

I really need to update the Spacemag Appreciation Thread.... I'm still the owner of one of the original Spacemags created by Allen Hastie. Maghog posted this up for sale years ago and I quickly purchased it. It has a really cool history and was actually seized by the government for a short period of time. I actually played with this gun for a few games at Tunaball this year. I threw a VL3000 on top of it and it was a terrible idea for speedball.

Tunaman Karta E-mag: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/EMAGS/Karta%20Emag/karta1.jpg

I purchased this Karta and played with it for a while. It was a real show piece. I broke my cardinal rule of automags, but we won't talk about that here.... :-(

Standard "Euro" X-mag Project: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/EUROS/Blue%20Splash%20Euro/1.jpg

I bought a raw body from Ruler_mark and decided to design my paintball gun around the green european Xmags that OmniM use to own. I decided to use Gruntbull Anodizing since the last company didn't work out so great.

Gruntbull Euro X-mag:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/EUROS/Blue%20Splash%20Euro/5.jpg

A few other guys went through the same thing I did with Gruntbull that year. It was a pretty ugly battle since I posted my review on AO and PBN. I gave him two chances to fix the mistake and this was the result. If I remember correctly he called me an *******. lol.

PK Selective Euro X-mag:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/EUROS/Blue%20Splash%20Euro/euro4.png

I used PK Selective to test the anodizing quality because I was going to send my SFL emags in and didn't want any troubles. I think they delivered. I also had SPD color match the grips and the halo shells as well. I really regret selling this beast.

Kapp Flame Pump Autococker: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MISC/Kapp%20Flame%20Autococker/Kapp6.jpg

I saw this posted on MCB and I really liked the colors. I thought to myself, "you never know, you may need a pump again."

Tequila Fade Euro X-mag: Sold

I started to track down Xmags in my free time and saw someone from PBN post this in a thread. I sent him a PM and offered him the Flame Autococker and some cash. He agreed and he shipped me this X-mag all the way from Poland. It was my first package I had to sent to a place where I had absolutely no clue what I was writing on the package. I'm glad it got there okay. I did have to sell it later to fund a few more projects of mine.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/EUROS/Tequila%20Euro/extreme1.jpg

Dallara: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/DALLARA/projectdallara.png

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/DALLARA/IMG_0134.jpg

I went looking for a Dallara body kit and decided to make a mech gun. I used PK Selective again for the anodizing and really enjoyed the build. Hopefully the new owner will post in the thread to say hello. :D

Green ULE E-mag: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/EMAGS/Green%20ULE%20Emag/pbpixelsuleemag3.jpg

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/EMAGS/Green%20ULE%20Emag/pbpixelsuleemag2.jpg

Dust Red SFL E-mag

I think this was a parts build. Buying and trading automags, you sometimes get extras. I decided to build on E-mag around it and had theannosmith.com do the anodizing. It wasn't 100% because the anodizer didn't take into account the different types of aluminum. If I remember correctly, I tried to sell this marker as a whole, but I had to part it out.

68 Automag CF00714: Donated for Charity

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MAG/img0523ll4.jpg

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MAG/img0525ge4.jpg

Classicmagger sold the gun to A-Tach-One and I bought it off of Eric when he liquidated his collection. It was the first Automag Level to be in production and it was purchased in 1991 in the UK brand new from Tom Kaye himself. I decided to donate it to the SoCal Cure Ball. I sent it over to TK and he signed it and put it up for auction. I wonder how much money it got.

Dust Red SFL E-mag: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/SFLS/Red%20SFL/redsfl2.png

It all started with the idea that I could put together a thread on automags.org and see if I can help find most of the SFL Emags that still exist in the world. Like fellow AOers before, like Zakvetter and KayleAGD I thought I could organize all the data on the different forums/databases into a central thread on automags.org. I started to search through old AO posts and found an interesting "Searching for all SFL Emags" post by KayleAGD. On this list was the blue prints of how to find out where the markers are now located. While going through the list compiling information I stumbled upon a SFL owner that was never on AO but his dad was a member. The list included his name (Mike) so I decided to send his dad an email to see if Mike still owned the marker.

A month goes by without any email back, I figured the email address probably expired and that would be the end of that lead. Sure enough, a few weeks later I get a message from his Dad giving me Mikes new email address and I decided to draft an email asking questions about his SFL and possibly buying it as well.

Mike replied back in a day and sent me pictures of his SFL Emag. I was shocked to actually get a reply along with pictures of his actual marker, a dust red SFL. We exchange a few more emails and we worked out a deal for his Original Dust Red SFL with matching Barrel.

Later I sold this off to a person on AO. At one point I had 4 SFL emags and decided this one had to go. It was a really fun experience and can't wait to find another one. I really hope the new owner enjoys it.

Dust Blue SFL E-mag: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/SFLS/Blue%20SFL/bluesfl.png
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/SFLS/Blue%20SFL/bluethumbs.png

This SFL was for sale on the market a few years back when I didn't have a steady job to afford paintball guns. I remember I tried to scrape up enough money to make an offer for this Dust Blue SFL but I was out bid by A-Tach-One. For a few years A-Tach-One owned the SFL Emag until December of 2009.

As soon as I saw this SFL posted up I had to make a "healthy" offer. Luckily I was able to buy it from Eric and was able to track down one of the SFL emags I attempted to buy years before. Eric decided to add a clamping feedtube to the marker and I tracked down a Dust Silver Dye Back with a Dye 14in Dust Blue Front. My most favorite part of the SFL is the original box that it came with. It was just so crappy it is amazing that anyone would actually keep it to store an SFL inside of it.

Later I sold this off to Rudi overseas and I think he still owns it. It is the most original SFL emag I have ever seen.

Empire Mini: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/MISC/Mini/IMG_3438.JPG
Another pbnation deal. I really just needed another Halo B and found a great deal I couldn't pass up.

720 X-mag: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/XMAGS/720/720mag.png
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/XMAGS/720/720thumbs.png

This is a 720 Xmag created by Tunaman in one of the original batches of Xmags in 2003. Brad Palooza (who was an owner of the Paintball video company 720) decided to have two Xmag's custom made with the company colors... black, grey, and red.

I purchased this marker in 2010 for a great price and it is in great condition. The marker has the original box, parts, and chronograph receipt. The previous owner, A-Tach-One decided to perform a CCM Clamping Feedtube mod and also installed a Fireblade Trigger.

Another gun I really hated to part with. It was such a nice fade. I'm glad to see it is still floating around on AO.

Pewter X-mag: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/XMAGS/pewter/pewter8.jpg

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/XMAGS/pewter/pewter6.jpg

This is a Custom Xmag built by leftover parts from my SFL builds. When I was piecing together my SFLs I wanted each part to be 100% alot of my trades over the years resulted in parts that were not up to par so I decided to grab a Xmag body and got lasermygun.com to perform the anodizing.

The anodizing didn't quite come out the way I would hope. There was a bit of dissolution in the parts and you can see that they pooled on parts of the marker including the bottom of the battery pack, and the CCM Feedtube Ring. The marker also comes with a Warp Breach, Black Tunablade, Bob Long ASA, and a green LED screen. It was a fun build, and this is a marker that I will let my friends use on the field without worrying about them getting it scratched :-) I later sold this on AO to fund some more of my projects.

Black E-mag:Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/EMAGS/Black%20E-mag/Emag.jpg

I needed a stock e-mag for a project of mine. I figured it was a lot cheaper to buy an entire e-mag instead of all the misc. parts. I bought pretty much everything except the body.

Blue to Silver Fade X-mag:Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Aurora%20X-mag/IMG_3574.JPG

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Aurora%20X-mag/IMG_3572.JPG

Here is my $450 Craigslist X-mag. It was used and abused and shoved into a box and shipped over to me from FL. It is currently going through restoration.

Tac-One E-mag: Still own in some form or another...

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Past%20Collection/TAC-ONE/mag%201%20left.jpg

I needed a couple more parts and jumped on the chance to make a deal to get this for $450. My buddy's gf used this at tunaball and really enjoyed it. It was later parted out to complete my other projects.

Orange SFL E-mag:Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Orange%20SFL/OrangeSFL.jpg

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Orange%20SFL/motm1picture.jpg

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Orange%20SFL/motm2picture.jpg

This is actually the same SFL as my first one up top. I went ahead and sent it over to PK Selective for anodizing. This is my primary marker. It had a custom triggernomics trigger on it, but I sent it over to another AOer to tinker with it. I was pretty happy with the end result. Pictured above is me playing at Tunaball. It was a blast!

Clear/Black Sponge with Red Splash SFL E-mag:Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/SFL%20Emags/pbpixels2/sfl.png

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/SFL%20Emags/pbpixels2/sfl4.png

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/SFL%20Emags/pbpixels2/sfl3.png

This is the second SFL e-mag from earlier. I sent this SFL emag a year after I got the orange one done. It came out perfect. This is my museum quality show piece. It has tons of extra parts and I went way overboard with it. It also has a triggernomics trigger that took Dan 40 hours to create. I think this is my only MoTM winner. lol.

Cosmos E-mag: Sold

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Personal%20PB/EM00035/COSMOSEMAG.png

Here is another custom creation. I was attempting to put together E-mag #33, but the anodizer was having problems. Instead of having a crappy ano job I decided to let him do whatever he wanted with the design. This was done by FX anodizing. I was able to trade the e-mag for the Gloss Black X-mag above.

Gloss Black X-mag: Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Gloss%20Black/img3642n.jpg

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Gloss%20Black/img3641f.jpg

I bought this X-mag this past year and decided to turn it into a "Shatner" xmag. I've been researching the shatner xmags off and on for a while and realized it would be easier to find William Shatner than the 3 xmags that exist. I went to a con and got him to sign it.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Gloss%20Black/Gloss%20black%20with%20Aurora%20Parts.JPG

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Gloss%20Black/Signature.JPG

My idea for this gun is to have a custom battery housing milled with "Shatner The Supreme" on it.

E-mag Prototype EM00035 Still own*

You have seen some form of this gun earlier, I found two e-mag valves that were prototypes years ago. I went ahead and did a full restoration on them. If you are interested to see the build thread here. (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?263259-quot-Carl-Bonta-quot-Prototype-E-mag-EM00035)

Here is another cool prototype e-mag. This was Darkrippers old e-mag from 2001ish. If you are interested check out the build thread here. (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?265529-Prototype-E-mag-EM00033-Restored)

"John Sosta" Dark Tequila X-mag: Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/CausticCustom/AO%20Write-up/xmagspares.jpg

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/CausticCustom/AO%20Write-up/DarkTequilaFade.png

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/CausticCustom/AO%20Write-up/final-back.jpg

I saw this posted on AO and quickly saw the milled gripframe. I have been obsessing over the "John Sosta" style xmags ever since I saw pictures from Warpig in 2002. I decided to do a full restoration. Take a look at the build thread here. (http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?262901-quot-John-Sosta-quot-Dark-Tequila-Sunrise-Xmag)

Shockwave E-mag Project: Still own*

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6823946/Current%20Collection/Shockwave/Shockwave.jpg

Here is another project that is currently being held hostage. I keep getting the "run around" from the guy restoring this for me. I have been waiting since February and have heard very little about it. It should look pretty nice once it is completed.

Wow, very nice collection. I still have the green ULE Emag body, rail and feedneck you sold me a few years back. I had forgotten who I bought them from.

Didnt realize you had that many SFL's. Yikes, think my divorce would have occurred a lot earlier if I spent that much on markers.

Also interesting to hear of the multiple anodizing issues. Besides preorders, this seems to be another one of the dark corners of our hobby. So many anodizers seem to do well to begin with, but eventually go off the reservation. Good for you for keeping the faith and continue seeking out good ones.

Thanks! I'm glad to hear that you still have the green ULE emag body. Did you ever put the matching valve on it? Most of the SFL emags that I purchased didn't break the bank too bad. The blue one was the one I spent the most cash on. My girlfriend doesn't mind my hobby at all. The only stipulation is that I have to keep everything in "Rob's Room." My friends and family know how much I enjoy my hobby and understand how passionate I am. It is funny to see all the markers I have/had in the past. To me it is pretty embarrassing to see how much $$$ I have sunk into it so far. That is why I haven't really showed off my entire collection yet.

I'm not sure why I even bother anodizing anything anymore. It might be a pain for pleasure type of thing. :p All I have learned so far is that it is not a 100% process and many of the greatest anodizers around have fallen victim of spreading themselves too thin.

I had the matching valve on for a short time, but could never get past the way the splash didnt line up and the Z lock pin area. I had planned on stripping it, capping it and using it on a pump, but couldnt get a cap made for it. Someone ended up offering to buy it, so I sold it a year or so ago.

Wow, so much awesomeness in one thread. I think I'd be to scared of messing up the orange SFL to use it. It is nice to see that people do actually use them though.

I now own the Cosmos EMag. It looks way better in person that the pictures show.

http://t.qkme.me/3r895f.jpg

Here we go.... In early July I decided to track down John Sosta to see if he had any Xmag parts left over from when he (along with his wife, John Bonich, and Simon) created the Xtreme and CnC Xmag. In the past many people have tried to reach out to him, but luckily I have my ways of tracking down people. :D I sent him a message not really thinking he would respond, but a few days later he did. Within the e-mail I decided to show off my "Dark Tequila Xmag" and the newly created Xmagworld.com to him and I think that really spoke volumes. He responded that he still had offers in the past to buy his Xmag, but never felt like selling it. Within the e-mail John said "After seeing your website you would probably be the only person I would sell to anyway." It was such a nice compliment and it really made my day.

Within a few days John snapped a few pictures of the parts and sent them over to me. Instantly, I knew I had to make an offer on the whole lot. In my little world of paintball this is one of my "holy grail" moments and I knew I had to go big or go home. It is really hard to put a price on the assortment of parts and guns, but John and I worked out a deal. I won't go into how much I paid, but I did have to do a bank transfer. lol. My bank thought I was crazy sending that much money overseas to someone I have never met in real life before. I guess they thought it was a scam.

I think my passion for paintball is now officially on my girlfriends radar. Shipping a pallet across the pond weighing over 222lbs was a bit of an eye opener. :wow: My girlfriend almost had a heart attack when I told her how much the shipping will cost. It would of been cheaper to ship on a boat, but I couldn't wait another 2-3 months for delivery. It is pretty amazing that it only took 6 days door to door, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I had to go out of town for a week and sure enough, the company calls while I'm at the airport saying they are lost. I had to call my dad to see if he could leave work to accept the pallet at his house (luckily they didn't dump it at my apartment.) Everything went smooth though so no worries. Every few days my dad would send me 1 picture of the pallet just to remind me of what is waiting for me back at my parents house.

Here is a nice early Automag RT with a reverse? Euro feed warp mod. It angles slightly towards the front. Came with a Eggo and warp as well. It has a crazy intelliframe mod installed on it as well. I'll have to show it off in more detail later.

Parts... Too many to list.

Original John Sosta X-mag:

Here is one of my holy grails. John Sosta's original Tequila Xmag. There are so many custom parts on the Xmag I will have to write up an article about them. There is a little bit of confusion, the SS001 was engraved by Manike back when they were doing prototype stuff for the Xmags. John decided to put it on his own gun and used it while he was on UK storm in the early 2000's. While researching the gun I actually found a post on AO from me in 2002 commenting on it.

This is one of my favorite boxes. It contains some interesting prototype Xmag bodies that I will have to detail at a later time. I have a lot of projects to work on now... lol I have been working on a Jax Warriors supergun build and the cutdown e-mag frame will work great with it.

Original Color E-mag Barrels, I have been trying to track down a few of the other "european" colors of e-mags and I have a feeling that they were converted to X-mags.

The deal was to purchase both John Sosta's and John Bonich's Xmag together. I'm glad both John's were satisfied with my offer so I could keep the pair together. There are subtle differences between the two. It is very interesting to see the different types of CnC gripframe designs they came up with. (I also have a third CnC gripframe from the dark tequila build)

Well there you have it! There is actually way more parts than in the pictures, but 75 pictures will have to do. I had a blast talking with John and being able to track down so many different types of Xmags. I realized what I really like to do with my hobby and went for it. Does it make sense to have all of this stuff? Not really, but I get a kick out of tracking down the history and putting it back on AO.

Let me know what you guys think!!

Now I know what you meant when you said you had another project in the works. . .

. . . and maybe you can even give tuna a run for his money on emag/xmag parts now. ;)

Seriously, you either have enough stuff to keep your personal armory running from now until the end of time, or the entire current working fleet of e/x in the world going for a very long time.

Congratulations!

One thing I noticed were the two cut down Euro feed RT's. There is a guy in MCB selling one that looks to be similarly cut. Wondering if this was an option over there?

Would love to know more about the purple AM. Feed looks odd on it. Can we get pics of the other side?

What is in the barrel hole on the two X's? Some sort if barrel back?

Very nice snag!

as for the mystery part, i would venture a guess that it was some sort of anti-cheating device that you slipped it on the gun, locked it down with a set screw, so you couldn't turn up the gun with a "dial-a-welt" or just the regular reg nut. i would see if it would fit over the back of a valve/gun. LMK if you need a spare gun to try it on :D

though, if mags didn't have as much stainless, your shipping cost would have been about half. got stainless?

go though, catalog, build and remember to get a big van and bring all this stuff to Living Legends. i'll bring the beer for ya!

This thread is now a piece of AO history and I just had to post and be apart of this in some way. So amazing to get these pieces back into public view. I think there needs to be an Automag museum build around this collection. I know I would fly, drive, walk to it. ;)

Let me introduce my self my name is John Bonich , and now I have seen this lot again, I will try and bring alive all these wonderful bits of metal, to satisfy the History hungry, players that love these Guns.
Before I click off ….the “mystery part” actually goes with the Purple mag .That was mine and was built with what I believe is the first ally body and feed. I will tell, but I don’t want to just blurt it all out I need to have a little think about it …it was about 20 years ago!
I took pictures of all this stuff when I packed it all to send. So I could give some back ground to all these wonder full bits.

Thank you .;)
I am away from home due to work a lot, so you have to be patient whilst I research, when I get home, I'll have to look thru files and see if I got any relevant pictures too.
But I promise I will try and explain as much as I can.
I have to be honest, when Jon Sos suggested we sold all of these items, I was enthusiastic to clear some space …..As we started to collect these bits of fantastic metal together, I started to get very melon coli…
For instance the RT with the swept back feed tube /warp .Number 169 … Tom gave me that. He gave Jon Sos and myself an RT each when they were first released, we literally stripped them before we shot them to see how they worked!!
169 has been my shirt number since, so I almost kept it back, along with the Purple mag , the Xmag etc etc ….
Jon Sos pondered me with a question “really? When are you going to use any of it again ?.....let it go to some one who will appreciate it “
Yup he was right …seeing all the stuff you have, I know you will.
I did keep one item back my first automag, I promised my son Wayne I would never sell it, so he could have it . He was 16 at the time, which was 16 years ago. So I kept my promise.
But I’ll tell you all as I see it and remember it.
Manike will no doubt be a a great source as we all three of us spent countless hours, discussing , tinkering , inventing machining when the Xmag was being born.
I remember in the cut’n’carve beginning of the Xmag , Jon sos Simon and myself did a Friday late nite , Saturday all day and Sunday all day on the first trials literally living in the machine room ….. Absolutely barmy but I suppose that’s what living paintball does to you! lol

Looks like I need to update this thread some more.... (I still need to add the Armada X, Jax Worrior build, Automag RT #62) For now I have a Planet Eclipse "Electric Skies" Automag RT. After compiling the Planet Eclipse Anodizing Thread I realized I needed to track down my favorite pattern from the original anodizings that P.E offered. I was able to find someone that was willing to sell one and I finally got in the mail after 5 months of shipping back and forth from Europe. I was a little worried I would never actually see this thing. It arrived in one piece and I'm glad the deal actually worked out. I do need to replace the cut trigger frame ASAP.

I remember in the cut’n’carve beginning of the Xmag , Jon sos Simon and myself did a Friday late nite , Saturday all day and Sunday all day on the first trials literally living in the machine room ….. Absolutely barmy but I suppose that’s what living paintball does to you! lol

That is an awesome splash pattern. I don't know if I've seen that combo before. So what are you going to replace the cut trigger frame with so you can keep the splash trigger? A benchmark frame or an I-Frame?

I didn't know how hard it would be to find a Planet Eclipse Automag RT. I have only seen three so far in my search. A banzai green that showed up not too long ago, this electric skies RT, and a fire RT. All of the other colors are from the smear and nickel kits that AGE released years ago.

I have a chrome I-Frame that I need drilled for an Automag RT. I would rather find a period correct benchmark frame though. (I think that is what they came with from P.E)

OMG!! Soo many SFL emags. Damn, shocktech is my favorite company sorry to say, then AGD. I have so many ST cockers. What would be really great is a SFL emag. I would love to have that dust red but really any would do. I just have to ask would you consider selling any of.them down the road?

I have a factory chromed Iframe with factory drilled large back hole for the banjo if you are interested. I do believe you are right in that they would have had benchmark frames before having an Iframe. I have a benchmark 2x frame, but it says Micromag on it do it wouldnt match 100% Great find non-the-less.

I sold the dust blue and dust red sfl emags years ago. I still have the orange, red & black, and now the "maximmag" I never really think about selling, but sometimes I randomly sell some of my collection. You just have to be on the look out :D

Sk8ermog, if I don't find one i'll send you a message.
