So I have this LvL 7 bolt (I think) and it is slightly short enough for a paintball to roll back in the breech.
would it be possible or plausible to machine a groove for a MINI/AXE rubber tip to attach???
i imagine that it would make the bolt "easier" on paint as well as solving the rollback issue. If that is the case could this be done to other bolts as well?
Would it make any difference at all?
the mini bolt is loosely similar in design to an automag bolt
just a thought

yes but my problem is my current bolt is to short
there are dozens of new body ideas thrown around (a few by me) when's the last time someone improved on the bolt?
wasn't there a venom bolt???

Are you using the RT/E-Mag bumper or the classic bumper? The classic is a bit thicker and may solve your roll back issue.

Yeah there was, wasn't really an improvement in other than that it was some what lighter. I think in the long run there might be some durability issues with that design as the bolt stem is made of nylon (I think).

Oh the toxic bolt. Ans had there own design too. Not really any better though. It did wear out quicker. Softer material I would imagine.
