Just like the title says, PMI Pure Energy 68/3000 tank and regulator. Tank has 3 years left on hydro and 6 years left on lifespan.

(EDITED to update with new photos. Swapped out the reg to one I had laying around. Filled it with what little air I had in my Scuba. Holding air and works just fine.)
