should I melt the revy to go around the warp feed hose or should I cut a hole in the revy and run the hose thru it.

Cut or melt a hole.
I melted one and didn't like it. The other side is now a spare part.
It's cleaner with a hole. Heat up a knife to cut the hole its easier then a dremmel

I bet a forstner drill bit would do magic for that.
I would use a hole saw...

Keep the blimp on top. Why add more weight to an already heavy gun...

If you offset the angle of the Warp enough you don't have to do neither...just my 2€ents

Quiet Sally, your noodle arms are a testament to you lack of knowledge and absence from the way of the warp.
A hole saw and dremel are your friend in this case. I recommend only drilling one side of the shell. Allows for super tight setup. I guess doing half and half might allow bringing it even closer , but then thumb clearance becomes an issue.

I second the hole saw idea. Much cleaner and you can rent them at local hardware stores if you don't already have one.
