Are there Girls that play out there or Does anyone care if a girl plays??

this is Justice and i want to know if there is any girls out there that play and if anyone ("the Guys") care if we play. let me know what you think!! thanks! :p

in the 6 years i've played i have seen about 10 girls play.... and 5 of them where with a group that showed up from one of the colleges in the area....

personally i would luv to see more play.... hopefully now that there is a indoor field in one of the malls near me maybe more will start.... i think most dont play is because they never saw what it really looked like... it they ever did goto a field with there friends and/or boyfriend and it was a woods field they probly didn't get to see much and were left in the staging area alot and not be able to see what was going on...

try as i might though i havn't been able to talk any females that i know into even tring it out.... but lie i said hopefully the new indoor at the mall near me will chage some of there minds... esp seeing how they spend a lot of time at the mall as it is (both workin and shoping)

well i'm a girl and i love to play out back with my brothers and some friends. i haven't played at a indoor field but i will. i have friends that are girls and they where here tonight watching me play in my small little field and said that they don't want to get shot.... i told them if you don't want to get shot then shoot them first.

There are a few girls around Europe that play but not as many as there should be.

Paintball is one fast paced adrenalin sport where there really is equal opportunities and where in many cases there are advantages to the 'fairer sex'.

The more paintballers the merrier in my books. I certainly don't underestimate people just because they are girls or guys. I've Watched Keelly Watson play too often and she is excellent... Does a nasty dead man's walk too!

In my 3 years of playing Ive seen a total of 2 girls, cmon now, only 2!? Im currently talking my gf into going out and playing with me next time, i otld her if I have to suffer thro another chic flik then she has to come out and play with me sometime. I have 3 markers and 3 masks and about 5 tanks, so im all set on what she needs. I really want her to play, so she can she what her bf likes to d on the weekends(*besides be with her*), oh and Justice, any and all help on trying to convince her to play would be a big help...Thanks in Advance...

Here is an interesting statistic!!! When I put together the Paintball Trip at my local college last October, out of 50 people that signed up, 20 of them were girls! Thats a pretty darn good spread. This semester I am doing the trip again, pending approval of the stupid rec center people, and I already have MORE girls that want to come than last time. Seems everyone that went last time really loved it and the girls have been chatting among thier friends, so every time I work at the Juice Bar at the Rec Center I have people saying "whens the trip? whens the trip??" more girls than guys ask. :)

A work outing a year ago had around 20 females join in. Unfortunately, almost all of them had no idea what to expect and most bugged out after the first couple games. To be fair, so did a few guys. I've only played with a few women that really played often enough and well enough to hold their own. Seems like most go to play with husbands, boyfriends, etc. Still see some good players, but very few around here that really kick butt.

my girlie plays with us about 2/3rds of the time and isn't a half bad shot. whenever i get a group of people from the office to go play, we always have a decent amount of women who come out and tear it up.

once you are on the field i don't really care who you were 5 minutes ago (female, younger player, my mom, ...), you are now someone who is shooting large caliber rounds at me and i'll treat you accordingly ;)

hey everyone!,
thanks for posting... ZSigErik I would just tell her to come see what it's like first maybe let her play around with one of your guns, or do what i do for my friend amy i told her to stay right behind me in a game so that i can tell her when and what guy to shot but let her know that it might hurt when she gets shot but just for like 2sec.

I remember one time I saved a female player. I was following her to a group of bunkers when I noticed several angel toters pop up from behind their cover and unleash a helacious volley. Being the proper gentleman that I am, I pushed said female player behind a bunker. Thus, I took inumerable hits to the mask, chest, and well-protected "special" area. in response to your questions i'm new to paintball so i can't really say how many girls play at the field i go to. at this forum we have sarah and graycie who post fairly regularly. i believe lizza went away. then there's agdofficegal. does she play? or does she just answer the phones? i like it when girls play. i'm going to try to get my friend ada to go with me some time. she's afraid it will leave welts. i told her it happens sometimes but not at a nice field like we would go to. i told her to wear layers. nobody is gonna bunker her. i'll make sure of that. ;) the refs make sure everybody chronos in. she'll be fine. she seemed a little hesitant but i think she'll go. :D

well i would hope to see more and more girls play, but for the 2years that i have been playin i have only had one guy give me **** over playing.... i mean he told my brothers that he didn't want me to play bc i was a girl and he wouldn't feel right shooting a girl. Well I told him that I don't care who you are, you can be a boy,girl, young, old, green, blue, or pink, I'm going to shoot you so you better shoot back and he told scott " she's a girl i bet she can't ever hit anything" well i hit something all right.... i'll just say thank god i'm a girl. after that he didn't care if i played as long as i was on his team..(lol)

i just got my gf into playing last year. sometimes she uses my rt or my dark cocker while i use whatever is left over. she's pretty good and i try to get her to come out and play whenever i do. paintball is probably the 2nd best activity i love doing with her...
