did the rt pro come with the ult trigger and if so is it the same as the use?

No, it didn't come stock.

If you have an older RT Pro valve it may require milling in the on/off to use an ULT. If the valve is an Xvalve, then it's a drop in.

You need to be more specific. Maybe post up a pic of what you have, but as Nobody said, even on valves that can accept the ULT it wasn't standard, but an upgrade.
