Tuna is good enough that it doesn't need fire to make it edible.

Good?

Where I'm from raw fish smell is bad....

An odor you want to get rid of, open the window and let it out, even if its 95 degrees,

Maybe you should try some fish when it is fresh.

Tuna pan seared with raw middle, or just raw (still pink)... yum.

If it smells like fish, don't eat it. It'll just make you sick. Nothing sitting out in a 95-degree Florida summer day can be healthy for you.

Had fried gator but it had gotten cold, tasted like fish.

Only crawfish I remember eating was nasty to me, but then in all fairness it was at Popeyes chicken, I like the fried chicken but......
