Anyone use one? Work when tilting from left to right vice versa? Halo too, or has something better come along?

Thx

most of them are halo b so you have the sound activated board.

I second that. He is the one that made my warpless halo.

The main issue is that if you get paint that is too brittle it is not as gentle as a actual warpfeed

Is it possible to do this with an VL force? I have one that I never use, might as well try to make a warpless hopper just for ''fun''.

Syko made that warpless Halo for me and it worked really great. It would have worked better if the paint was round and my Level 10 was tuned better (hence the chuffing and breaking) but I wasn't going to let it stop me from playing ;) It is definitely lighter than running with a warpfeed and it shot plenty fast for me. It also sits nicely on a table without a stand.

Yea that is the way I have decided to go... I might burn a couple of raceways but I really like the looks and I can still use the warp till I get it figured out...I have heard that round paint does help....:D.

Played last weekend, should have known when I saw guys carrying in their paint... Place had no heat, no good place to store their paint... Round, hell they looked egg shaped.... and very Brittle. :mad:

Any chance you could send me some pics of the internals? It looks like he went straight vert with that one? And all copper?

Ever get the Z2 worked out? I bought some extra raceway parts and the hi-cap shells for my Z2 and am hoping to get it finished/working some day... Just cut the raceway a few days ago. I only get like 10 minutes at a time to work on projects like that. Growing kids have changed things, lol!

I plan on using a large amount of the good, flexible warp hose (http://www.tunamart.com/index.php?c=33&p=10) instead of copper.. the stuff that won't kink or stop feeding (http://www.proteamdirect.com/bprofwarhos.html) even if you tie it in a knot. I'm pretty sure I got mine off Tuna, though I may have ordered the 36" length from PTP, I can't remember. I'm taking that directly in to one of those black metal Q-loader 90* elbows, as those are the most compact I have ever dealt with. But those are hard to find now, and the Ion-threaded adapter that's necessary (close enough match to Angel threads) is pretty much non-existent anymore. The only stumble is... how do I get the warp hose attached to the now-cut raceway? Working on it still. I'd like to avoid using epoxy directly on the warp hose, so I might need some sort of copper or other elbow diverting the feed upward into the warp hose anyway.

I tried the z2 but it was not consistent with the feeding. Great on min and the next it wouldn't feed for a bit. Tried different board settings but to no luck. I did a prophecy for bigevil so he might be able to get you pics how I did it. Nice idea how it worked out. Tried to talk him out of it but he is stubborn.

I am in the thinking process of it, might do copper, but also have a new ptp warp hose. Might end up doing a mix, copper to exit the hopper then hose? Easier to remove(possibly), lose the rigidity of copper... Like I said still thinking...:confused:

Looking at it for a day.. I am thinking for the least resistance, I might relocate relocate the battery pack..

Yeah, I wanted to do a Z2 or Proph for ease of breaking down the hopper for quick cleaning. If the Z2 won't feed well, I'll try a Proph next. I already have a Halo Too that works, but it's a pain to break down with all those screws.

Despite the 45 deg. feedneck fitting inside the Halo,it still manages to hold a Lock-Lid's worth of paint;

JFB...Just Fracking Beautiful....:cheers:... Thx for the pics... So many new choices.... The micro switch....Mounting... Nice JOb

Throwing this out there... Was running my warp with a rechargeable bat... Same concept as Big cell.... So can I run the Halo2, with the rechargeable pack?

I think I can fit it...

Cheers,

I did initially use the original larger-sized micro switch that secures in the inteliframes mounting holes but I found the throw of it's activation too far and it would not activate the RF whist it was RT'ing, this smaller Micro switch seems to have solved the issue.

Video below;

The batteries are a little drained in the video :(

I'm not sure its not recommended to use LiPo (and such) packs on halo's, 2x9v pp3 mod is your best option.
