RPG Detents

I've seen a few pics with RPG detents that are angel threaded, but can't find where or if you can buy them. They appear to be exactly what I want. Anyone have a line on these?

They rarely come up, not to sure if RPG still has any but last I checked he only had dust black, that was a year or more ago
