Did a search and couldn't come up with a thread posted within the last two years. I'm looking for an aluminum screw-on cap that replaces the back half of the AIR on a classic valve (and then can be run off an inline reg), I have seen a few on the forums but none up for sale recently.

If anyone has one or knows of a dealer with some in stock, that would be great. I've had two Mag projects waiting for completion for about twelve years :D

I'm going to take 63 views and 0 replies as a sign that no one makes them but there is marginal interest in them...

XMT made some. Might see if he's got any left.

Yeah they were a little bit of a "fad" but I always liked the idea. I'm using one on my "Small Mag" project:

If I used a classic valve I would have one on it. But I like the rt effect for a little boost in fire rate when needed. But most importantly it keeps me from sloppily short stroking my trigger.

Robbie, sent you a PM about your valve cap.

Sk8RMOG, any idea who made yours? What input pressure do you have that Sidewinder set for, and have you noticed a difference in performance/consistency?

You will be replacing the stock reg for separate reg, so the pressures would be the same. About 650psi at the minimum. I would air it up and keep turning the reg up till it shoots, then increase till you get consistent velocity over the chrono. Exact numbers will very for each gun/person.
