For some reason, I am getting a "403 Forbidden" error over on MCB, but wanted to ask you guys about something:

this guy finds a splash mag for 100CAD.
The rail looks TASO, but I don't recognize the sightrail. So I start thinking, who likes playing around with TASO rails, polished everything, and custom sightrails?
Does that sound like Carter to anyone else?
