View Full Version : Need some info on a Mag with an Eclipse splash kit

I know NOTHING about Mags. I received this as a partial trade on a cocker I was selling. Overall its in very good shape with a few marks. I guess it was sitting for some time. It had braided line with quick connects on it. When I aired it up I found one of the lines was broken at the connect nipple so I pulled them off. I tried putting a line straight to the valve and it had a slow internal leak. It Cycled but not strong. Also the barrel tip needs to be re glued, its separated clean and will be easy to re glue but it is not attached. I am sure its in need of maintenance/tuning for sitting. Anyway can anybody give me an idea of a fair selling price on this?

Very nice! Partial Eclipse camo splash kit. MIssing the grip frame, fore grip or expansion chamber. Looks like it's in good shape. I've always wanted one.

The barrel is not original, which is why it is separating. Original kits with a barrel had the All American barrel, not the All American Tear Drop.

As for price, they are variable. Some people love them, some people only want full kits. High price would be $180? Realistic price $120-140 for the whole gun. It really depends on the person wanting that kit, with the missing pieces.

I say, read up on mags(they are very easy to tech and get running again), keep the setup and have fun.

Thanx for the info. Interesting on the tip, they did a good job matching it but it makes sense why it's separated. I might keep it and mess with it. I have bounced back and forth on trying a mag out. I just always go back to my autocockers.
