I have never seen a classic mag valve with a bed blast finish. Wouldn't the lasering be ruined if it were bead blasted after lasering? Is it possible this one is one of the lost titanium valves? Also I am in no way affiliated with this listing, just found it curious.

Tom estimated the Ti valves were in the 40-50k serial range. This valve is much lower than that. It's a cool valve though. Pre-68 classic engraving with no star.

Thanks for the info! This is always the best place for AGD history and lore :)

Random thought, what does laser engraving look like on titanium?

This is an updated level 5/6 valve and even then the hole is drilled in the wrong place for the update. Should be directly across from the hole at the top on the front.
