AA Apocalypse 2k bursts Disk

I'm attempting to use an original Air America rail with this Apocalypse 2k reg but am struggling to find burst disks that sit flush with the reg allowing the use of the original rail. I've read in a few threads that the disk can be modified but am wondering if anyone can point me in a better direction.
