Should i put gun oil on every o-ring and do i put oil on the reg seat too? If i am supposed to put oil on the reg seat do i put it on both sides. Or should i just put a few drops in the inlet valve and dry fire?

The quickest and easiest way to oil all your o rings perfectly, is to put 4 drops of oil where your screw on your tank and dry fire it about 30 times with no barrel on. Thats all it takes.

remove the gas fitting from the valve, and put some drops in there, put the gas fitting back on, and dry fire w/o a barrel on 20-30 times, and your good.
On the bottom of the valve there are 2 holes that you can put oil in also. they say oil on them.

You should not open the regulator halves unless you want to replace your reg seat. The seat seals by compression. Constantly compressing and uncompressing the reg seat will make it not seal right and might result in velocity fluctuation. Just oil it through the oil holes and the air inlet.
