I followed Mag79’s “how to” thread hear on AO. I’ve done about 8 of them successfully.

There's not a lot of room for error, if you wind up drilling into the center cavity you will ruin the asa.

This is true. If you have no modding experience, send it to luke. He did a couple for me before I attempted it.

ive done a bunch of these with no issues. i also had access to good equipment to do so.
as luke said not alot of room for error. if you do take the time to do it yourself take your time no need to rush.

I have a gloss black CP asa this is already drilled. I'm willing to sell. PM me if interested.

Thanks everyone. I have a pretty stout drill press with index capabilities and various jigs v-blocks and such. I'll give it a try.
