I have a question : Why does CO2 a 20 oz. C02 tank get more shots than a 68/3000 psi nitro tank? It doesnt make sense to me, becase the 68ci is larger, and has a higher pressure indide it... Can someone explain?

EXACTLY!, Ive been wondering that too, I can get alot of shots of my 24 oz. and I can only get about 400-500 out of my Crossfire 68/3000, just doenst make sense.

i -BELIEVE- its because Co2 when filled is in a liquid state, it expands into a gas and that makes the ball go out the barrel. The fact that it expands is what makes you get more shots, where as the AIR is just AIR all the time, in one form, meaning no expansion and not as many shots.

Someone second that or correct me if Im wrong.

Thanks

co2 is stored as a liquid which is more dense than gas.

1 cup of water can fill the whole room with steam...

Yes compessed air expands, it is just less dense than co2. If it didnt expand the ball would go nowhere.
