Hey guys,

It's very clear that I need to modify the internals of the M86 to make room for a sleeper LPR setup. How is this done?

I suspect I need to get on a lathe and remove the mass internally aside from the bare minimum around the top screw holes, right?

Can this be done with a dremel? Can they cut aluminum?

And then I'll need to modify the ledge/switch mechanism on the 3-way, right? So it can fit that close up to the ram?

I'd welcome a video posted here! I also have a M86 that will eventually go pneu. Would be great to get some insight before I dive in.

i also make lpr forgrips,
that will run the airline up into your rail.
if you get airline milling done its all hidden.
its called the Troll setup----> http://www.automags.org/forums/showthread.php?276148-Troll-LPR-forgrip-Order

just another option. all made and ready to go.
