According to Ravi they did but he said they are a pain because you can't tilt the gun.

At warpig, they reviewed it, and they said it didn't really work all that well, and didn't work at all most of the time. Not worth the money.

I shoot a Z-Body:

Yes, they work.. but not really for distance. They mostly just flatten out your trajectory, good for the woods. Just like a flatline barrel, even with the extra range the ball isn't going fast enough to break. It is good for suppressing your enemy though...

Also, if you tighten the pad too tight, you can actually see your ball leave the barrel in two equal halves...

You have to use good paint, else you just end up using it with the backspin pad loosened all the way and you end up with a mag with cocker threads... which is actually not a bad thing, but not worth the price.

They flatten trajectory... your accuracy is worse... I would pass.
