Valve exchange, why not Body exhange?

AGD has a valve exchange why not a body exchange policy? just wondering

Part of the idea of the Valve Exchange is to get old AIR Valves off the market, so AGD doesn't have to fix them. There's no incentive to do it for bodies, as they can't sell the old bodies, and aren't gaining anything (Saving on Warantee repairs) by doing so.
