I recently bought a new HR black minimag body to replace my old SF one and I have found that the valve is not flush with the body (2-3mm). Although I wouldn't have considered it much of a problem, my gun leaks out the barrel I believe up the wazoo. Although all the O-rings are fairly new is there anything I can do to move the valve closer to the body? (Which might prevent the leakage?)I've Tried O ring cleanage as well.

Is the body rail stock or aftermarket? And where did you get the Mini body?

It is the stock rail, I bought it new at COP a respected paintball equipment vendor in my area.

was the leak there before with your standard feed body?

leak down the barrel usually means its a powertube spacer/spring problem, or powertube oring.

and where is the valve not flush with the valve? can you take any pictures?

I was asking if the body RAIL is stock or aftermarket. This is the piece between the body and the gripframe. It sounds as if the holes are not lining up correctly. Can you take a picture of it?

There should be a little metal bushing where your feild strip screw goes into the body rail make sure that has not fallen out.

No, the bushing does not come in a parts kit. Give AGD a call and see what they can do for you.
