What kind of rubber/plastic are they? Soft or hard?

I think it should be milled in and then rubber coated... that would be soo cool...

The material is as "sticky" if not more "sticky" than dye's grips. It is streched over and around the battery. A very snug fit so no worries about it sliding off. I am looking into the availability of colors. Gives a new feel to that battery pack.

I may try taking one and cutting it in half and have it fit just the top part or middle of the battery.

Hawpunch, I can get you some...email me and we'll work out the details. I'm not from Hawaii, but lived there for a while.

I think the E-Mag is fine as is. That screws up a perfectly good Extreme if you ask me.
