What is up with the 90 degree elbow w/Warp?

I just got my new AGD warp that I wanted to put on my STO, and I found the notice telling me that AGD can't get the elbows for a while. When do you think it's going to start back up?

It's been an ordeal going in circles for awhile. Last I heard they were working a deal out with the manufacturer and going to try new materials. That didn't work so they're just going to go back to the original design. They should be getting them anytime soon as long as there aren't anymore issues that come up.
