Just wondering what masks are used out there? I have been having serious problems with fog (humidity is horrible here during the summer). What do you think of the fans?
Thanks

Never been a huge fan of fans but they do help when you get hot at least. I just got a vforce morph and it just doesn't fog :) I love it, it's like peaking through a window... so clear and so comfortable.

a v-force morph or shield would do the trick. You can do a 9v fan mod to it if you want to. I don't know the specific instructions but people here have done it.

I use a JT Flex-7 Ize, works like a charm wit the Prizm lense. Just spray some PMI Mask Cleaner on it and wipe away, no fog, no nothing, just clean clear viewing :)!

Humidity is nasty here in Alabama, too and I've never had issues with any or my 3 JT masks. I don't use a fan either.

Does anybody have any experience with a Raven Nuvis 2.0?

Anyone using the DYE invisions? I know they are kinda new, and seem kinda pricy...

I've heard the invisions are nice but but when I tried one on my big head, my ears hung out the bottom of the armor and when I opened my mouth, to simulate me yelling for them to stop shooting me, My mouth completely cleared the bottom. Big head people, stay away from the invision.

I think I am going to give a Raven Nuvis 2.0 a try. Just sold my JT Flex Ize. I really want a Black Flex 7, but can't find one for under $30.00.

I love my V-Force Mirror Morph. When I wear it I almost forget I'm wearing a mask. It has a great, clear field of view and never fogs.. (now if I could just say the same for my glasses :) )

Go with the V-Force Morph. Great mask, never fogs and great vision. Also, the easiest, quickest lense replacement system on the market.

All you morph guys. Do you get used to that distortion right around the nose of the mask? I tried a pair on but was pretty sure I could get used to it when playing. It kind of bugged me sitting there.

What about the JT Proteus... I'm on the fence between it and the Morph. Any opinions would be great.

The Morph covered all of my head, which I liked. The Proteus cupped my chin a little and fit really close, which some may like, I did'nt. It also meant my mouth stuck out underneath the mask when I opened it making it possible to eat a paintball directly.

I still like my Flex-7 the most, even over my IZE's. I may pick up a Morph at some point, though.

Yeah, My Flex-7 was meant for my head, I also enjoy the "luxurys" of a big head, but my mask is just right for me...

i did a fan mod to my BE mask (about the same as a vforce) it keeps my glesses nice and clean but it took 2 fans, also i can fog a vforce around here in the summer so i'm pritty hard on anything in the foging department.

I have found the V-force shield for aroung 35+shipping, similar to the Morph, what did you guys pay for your Morphs?
Thanks

morphs are a lot different feel on the face. Morphs are also about 20-30 dollars more. The shield is really hard plastic all around and includes the throat protection... the morph has 3 different kinds of plastic, the front is also more flexy kind of like a jt flex 7 mask. The shield is probably the best bang for the buck. The morph is just something that is cool :) and a must have hehe if your me of course.

Just recently got a new nuvis. Very satisfied with it. I used to fog up every time at least a little during woods games. No fogging at all now. And super comfortable with great range of vision.
