i think the date we agreed on was april the 6th at paintball quest in mcalla.they just got a brand new sup air field so it will be fun. everybody that can make it come play. i know im going and im pretty sure load sm5 is going just lmk and ill talk to the owner to see if we can get our own group or if you just want to join the walkonz thats ok.

Yep, I'll be there. Paint prices seem a bit high, though. I've never paid $80 for Stars. They're about $65 up here.

I'm not sure but I think I'm going to join up Xpaintballs frequent buyers program. www.xpaintball.com. If you buy 10 cases of paint in 6 months you get a case free and the prices seem pretty good. I'd get paint from the field more often if they were'nt 45 minutes away.

All Stars and Marbs are the same price, around $30 for half a case and $55 for a full case.

I went to Rock Diver's a few times back in my cocker owning days. Except for the big tire speedball field the rest of the fields kind of sucked. I got a terrible price on Diablo (back when that's all they sold) and Paul was a complete and total turd. He sold me a bag of very old warped paint and refused to do anything about it.

Since I understand they bagged Paul I'd be willing to give it a shot if you want to meet up. I can make it to Madison in 20-25 minutes. I normally play at North Alabama Paintball in Tuscumbia. Great field with great guys.

If you want to try and make this Alabama neet thing I'd be willing to drive us down if you can make it to Decatur.

Well this is great,a bunch of Alabama paintball folk.:) I am so there.It is about a 4 hour drive for me,but Im so there.I have family that lives up in B'ham,so i might try to stay with them.You guys should should look for me,I will prolly be the most noticible person ther with my BRIGHT yellow hair,and my styling blue SFL with clear Warp feed.also,my jersey says BITE ME on the back of it.

I talked to Roy, the field owner, This past weekend. We can get a ref for the "automag" walk up tourny April 6th.

If you want. I'll commit to setting up the game schedules and scoring. 3 Man format, round robin, changing teams around every game. Individual player scoring equal to the team score for the game. Roy will throw in the AGD hats as the prizes the top 3 total scores. If we have too many for 3 man we can go to 5 man format. There are a three fields we can use including the new Sup Air, Challenge and Field 1. Non are woods.

How about meeting at 9:00, start at 10:00, go till we run out of light, air or paint.

A lot of play and little waiting.

OK PEOPLE IM REALLY DESPERATE. I HAVE NO NITRO TANK. THE GUY I WAS BUYING IT FROM BACKED OUT SO I REALLY NEED ONE IF IM GOING TO PLAY ON THE 6TH. SO IF ANYBODY HAS ONE LET ME KNOW B/C WITHOUT 1 I CANT PLAY. I HAVE A SETUP FOR A SCREW-IN TANK BUT IF YOURS ISN'T SCREW-IN THAN I CAN CHANGE IT FOR THAT DAY. Jordan-APL, Youre' from Dothan? Cool. The reason I ask is that it looks like im starting to be over there fairly regularly. Havent got a chance to play over there yet, but am planning to probably next time im over.

Is this a Field paint only event? I kinda hope not - - - Will save me MUCH money if i can bring my own.

not a single shop. . . fanning to trigger just to see what she'd do. It was neat. Still getting used to the change in style.

Carl- What kind of discount do you get on paint? The only deal I'm having with the warp is that it won't feed Stars reliably. I'm determined to solve that issue before the 6th.

Do you guys really want to turn this into a tourney or keep it informal? I thought we'd just meet up, split up and play around with teams and take lots of pics. If you guys want to have prizes and stuff that's cool with me.

load- well actually what happened was some guy was going to buy my old mag for 300 and i was gonna buy a new pe 88/3000 at paintballgear.com for 169 and get next day air but that guy backed out so i dont know what im going to do. by the way if anybody wants to trade me a nitro tank (no 47's/prefer 88's and must be pretty new), a 12vlt hopper, and $50 heres the setup

I agree, let's keep it informal, we dont have to score it. If we at least have a plan we can have a good day of paintball. I dont want to spend all day standing around at the field, only play a few games and have one team light us all up every game.

Roy just offered to throw in the hats as support for the mag group.

I see it as nothing more than an organized day of play at the field.

Jeff- Ill have to double check my prices. What ill be bringing is that Severe paint we saw on disply at MGO. we've got three 'grades' of it. the Field stuff, the mid's ("tetra") and the 'highs' ("cyclone"). All ive had a chance to shoot is the field stuff. Funny enough, it's pretty darn round, no dimples. Shoots pretty good. Went through my warp flawlessly. Depending on the fill color - - - the pink stuff marks great. Yellow is a bit runny.

As far as ballwall goes, ive only seen it in a magazine once, So i really dont know enough to do it justice. Maybe someone else knows a website we could check it out at.

Im in favor of the idea that we keep this pretty much informal. Organized, but informal.

This is gonna be fun!

Well as long as it shoots through my boomstick as well as Stars I'm sold. I'f you can get a good deal I'd be all over buying the paint off of you.

As far as the warp goes I messed around with it a few minutes ago. I took the HALO off and put my Turbo-rev on and the thing shot great. I don't know what it was, but it seems to be fixed. I got so excited i shot 600 rounds of Bigball I had laying around with no chops, missfires and sometimes fanning the trigger. MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! It was so much fun I think I wet myself.

I may have to go play this weekend now.

i'll be their, need to talk to smokee and see if he might be interested in carpooling. mostly this depends on if he is going home for the weekend or coming back that night.
Load - what is it doing with stars, not spinning or sometimes slipping past, if its slipping past you might try tighteninig the wheel plates together.

I agree with Load. We can start playing as soon as we get ready. We can walk on with any of the other groups and start as soon as possible. When the other AO group arrives we can start our own groups.

Roy is ready for 9 to 12 of us to show up as an AO group. AS soon as that happens we can get our own refs and start our own games.
