I will drill it :) I'm going to get the longer black hose first... this hose was cut so short from when i bought it that it doesn't even go in all the way on both ends :) it's so short... wait i said that already... hehe I'm going to pick up a red revvy with xboard ... i like clear and i wouldn't mind a red one either :) hehe

 Very nice looking emag, I like the black body with the red accents. Just a suggestion if you do drill your revy, I used a Unibit to do mine instead of a hole saw, the Unibit left a nice clean hole and was very easy to keep lined up.

Use a one inch hole saw. Trust me on this!

You should see the one I did first with my boring bit. In fact I will give it to you! Held it together with clear tape untill the replacement came. Cracked the snot out of it just as it was passing through. The stuff is a bit brittle but the small teeth evenly applied by the hole saw just eases right through it. Perfect hole.

One inch Hole saw complete with mandrel at Home Depot was $5. Revy half was $5 plus like $5 shipping!

Also cut yourself some short pieces of tubing and using the fittings and this short pieces to mock it all up just like you want it. Along with the fittings in place use these small pieces to locate and mark the location and angle you want to drill the holes. make sure you have the warp and revy mounted exactly where you want them to be while you are doing this mock up. Measure and mock fit a bunch before you drill... as always.

Good thing is you only end up drilling through the right half only. Both the bottom and top holes. So if you screw up only one half has to be replaced.

I learned all this the hard way.

LaW,
When I look at your masterpiece, I see an EMAG with the
WARPFEED tube going into a R hopper pwr feed from the
bottom. Is this a correct assumption? I,m trying to
figure out what to order for a set up like yours. Thanks
for a reply!!!

Does everyone on UW have an emag?

Hehehe... seems like it don't it? That was not by design either. I came on the team late and next thing I know, I'm hangin around a bunch of guys with EMags and RT's... and all of 'em are AO members. What a pleasant surprise that was. It just seems that Wisconsin loves mags!
