Whats the difference between a classic automag and a minimag? and which one should i get?

my understanding is that the minimag has:
- a different body (longer up front with porting)
- fore grip adaptor so that you can screw your tank/foregrip/expansion chamber right in instead of adding like you would have to to an automag
and that is about it. the valve is interchangable and identical between the two markers
A Minimag also comes standard with a powerfeed body (right or left) I'd go with the Minimag, but that's just because I've got one...:D
