Must they be hard-anodized? Won't a regular anodization hold up? Sure, it may be more prone to scratches, but how about a little flavor?

I really like the color but I guess it could be done. Why though? I mean is it going to make a big difference in the number of sales? You got to think if it is going to cost them money to make something like that they need to KNOW people will buy more of them. But I think it is a cool idea. I would get mine in RAINBOW!;)

I'd get a retro valve annoed a dust silver to dust purple/dust blue fade....

You can't because it MUST be in hard annodizing. Hard anodizing only comes in black and dark green.

Yes its because it IS hard ano and only comes in two boring colors. If anyone tells you their pretty gun is hard anoed they are lying. It sees a lot of wear with the reg piston and if you want consitent accurate shots it is the best choice.
