I have to write a letter to a favorite company, so i chose AGD... and they also have good customer realtions.

but my question is... Who should I address this too??

Well, you could address it directly to Tom, or Jon, or Joann, or Marcia, or any of the in-house Techs.

Seeing as Tom is the Chief Cook and Bottle Washer there, it would seem he would be the best bet.

Personally, I would write to Marcia. She IS the Queen of AGD after all.....:cool:
