My setup: RT Pro, Z-Grip, preset nitro into a CA adapter with an on/off knob.
First time I try to air it up, while holding down the trigger, I get a big leak down the barrel, with occasional sputters. I get no pressure on the trigger. I try opening up the tank valve more, maybe there's not enoug air... this makes it REALLY noisy and goes wicked full auto.
I installed the smallest PT spacer and still get a constant, BIG leak down the barrel, with no trigger pressure. I always hold the trigger down when gassing up, the leak starts when I am still holding the trigger down. This doesn't seem quite right to me, if I'm holding the trigger down the on/off should be closed (right?). I tried installing the stock grip frame, same thing.
When I feel inside of the body with the valve out for the piece of the sear the pushes the on/off top, I can barely feel it coming up. Admittedly, this isn't too accurate with my finger, but much less than on other mags I've had.
Am I just forgetting something silly? Tried to provide as much info as possible. Thanks for any suggestions.
