She used to be hot, but now that she's with Kid (one of my Detroit Playas...) she's really looking trashed out...

I think it's a publicity stunt to get custody of her kids from TL.

one of the brothers (PKT) has been to a few parties that kid and pam have been at. They where doing lines. He says she looks really bad close up.
