E-mag Charger question...

I seem to have one of the chargers that shuts off of red-mode prematurely. Will AGD send me a new charger or do I need to send in my old one first? If it's a matter of sending my old one in, i'll just wait the extra few hours when I charge it, but I'd be more comfortable with a charger I KNOW is functioning normally. I figured I'd ask here before I made a call to the AGD office.

eh, kinda fixed it....

to anyone that's having the green light come on prematurely, try wiggling the plug on the charger from the cigarette lighter or pushing it in harder, my red light came back on and it *seems* to be working fine so far. It looked fine before, but i pushed it in hard and rotated and the red light came back on...
