wow. thats weird, thats just a press fit in there isnt it? probably gonna need a new bolt cause if you try to press it back into place it wont be as tight.

Looks like its just a non-long nose classic stock bolt, which ive icluded a picture of below. the center section does seem a little far out, but I think thats just the pic.

Was this originally a long nose bolt??

If you have dial calipers, measure the overall length of the bolt from tip to the base of the bolt. Tell what the overall length of the bolt. Don't use that bolt anymore.

I will get a measeurement, but I am sure that the center has moved out as you can tell that the part that seals against the power tube o-ring has also moved forward.

I'll bet it is moving forward. I just wanted to make sure because that RARELY happens. If you can tell for certain that it has moved forward, call AGD and they'll get you a replacement at no charge. They'll want you to send in that old bolt so they can inspect it and see what went wrong.

It measured 1.940 overall in length.

Whoa I have never seen that before. That doesn't happen everyday! The bolt's made of stainless steel!

It took a while to figure out what had happened as I had just shot a few rounds then it started leaking out the barrel so I thought o-ring. I changed that and nothing got any better so I started playing with the spacers and nothing. I pulled the super bolt out of another mag and tried it and it worked fine, so I figured something was wrong with the bolt.

I talked to RobAGD, AGD satellite tech for 10 years and he said he's seen 3-4 bolt do this in all his years working on Mags. Send it to AGD and they'll get you new one. Don't use it, because it has the potential to come completely out and possibly shoot out the end of the barrel.
