trigger types

Since i was lookin at getting a custom trigger for my RT (i have a benchy 2x frame), i was wondering about ur experiences with different types of triggers such as blade triggers, ring triggers, and regular groove triggers. I'm lookin for comments on helping ROF, comfort, and sex appeal :D
