Just got off the phone with Jon at AGD, regarding my Emag that I sent in for various odd problems that I was having.

I feel the need to express my total satisfaction with the customer service offered by these guys. Jon was hella cool on the phone, and told me of all the stuff that they replaced or repaired at no cost to me. He also gave me some options that he thought might make my marker work even better, but with no sales pressure at all. All this and a 10 day turnaround time to boot.

I bought the Emag because of the service reputation, and what I'd read on this board. I could've bought any marker that I wanted, and I chose this one for that reason. Now I know that my decision was correct. You guys have earned my loyalty.

Gotta love Jon, they certianly call him 'the man with the smile' for a very good reason! :D
