i need help picking a good barrel for my mag any suggestions? lapco, j&j, smart parts?

I love Lapco barrels. They may not be quiet, but their cheap, efficient barrels that shoot like the best (given the proper paint/barrel match of course). The Bigshot will shoot most anything you can find, while the smaller bore Autospirit is best when shooting the small stuff.
