Who can do PowderCoat jobs in the US?

I was wondering if anyone other than RedRider can do Powdercoat jobs...I know SiN can but we won't talk about him...nothing personal...(yeah right) but i wanted to know if we can spread the AO love to other people because we don't want anyone to be overworked and not be able to go out and sling paint on the weekends...
